[While Judy muses out loud, Nick finishes up fixing the papers and lifts his head to get a real look around. There's.. not a lot of evidence. A smear on the ground, chalk lines where his body was, a few things left behind here and there... there's not a whole lot in the files, either. Because there were no witnesses, it's a harder case to crack. But, they did find fourteen missing mammals with absolutely no leads at all... so they'll solve this too.]
I think this is going to be a long, long day.

Just a poor possum ran over flat... it's hard to stomach but unfortunately, things like this happen more often than people like to admit. But usually the one who hit don't typically run unless it was on purpose, or they were a coward. Their killer is definitely one of those two.]
If we're looking at foul play then we're looking at a motive, and what kind of motive would someone have to kill a little possum?
