[Karamatsu nearly jerks back when Ichimatsu suddenly starts coughing, throwing him for a loop in the midst of what was probably the rise of another anxiety attack. He hasn't let go of him yet, feeling the way Ichimatsu's chest rattles with every breath he takes. But that's to be expected, isn't it? He's probably in real need of something more than what he can give...some actual fluids, food, things that need to be transferred immediately to his body. Simply eating isn't fast enough.
