[He closes his eyes for a while, and looks sidelong at Karamatsu when he opens them. He doesn't really know how to begin to process what's happening. Osomatsu is sick-- dying, probably, because he didn't know how to sort out depression enough to find what helped. He chews on the inside of his lip and unfolds himself from his seat enough to sit back against the seatback and really look at his brother.]
