Not only is Osomatsu on his death bed, but Ichimatsu is honestly not much better off right now, and Karamatsu doesn't know what to do. What is he going to tell everyone? He can't just bring Ichimatsu back like that and pretend everything is okay even though they'll probably be able to gather that he'd been homeless all this time.
It just feels like things just keep getting worse and worse and he can't really do anything to make it better. It's the worst feeling of helplessness in the world, but...the only thing he can do now is bring Ichimatsu home.]
