[Karamatsu stays by Ichimatsu's side even as they head into the hospital. He holds onto his brother and supports him while he talks quietly with the receptionist, letting her direct them to where they need to go. Karamatsu himself hasn't actually been home to see Osomatsu in the hospital...it's the first time both he and Ichimatsu have been here.
He's very quiet this time as they make it to the elevator, a deathly silence that carries them all the way up to the third floor.
